Once we have received the brief from our clients outlining the issues(s) they want to solve and the desired outcomes. We enter the Discovery Phase.

Discovery Phase

The Discover Phase defines the broader situational awareness and deep dives for greater insights which enables us to supply our clients with more innovative solutions. Then we enter into our 9 STEP Process.

9 STEP Technology Development Process

This process is a 12-week, four-stage, rapid prototype development process with inbuilt testing components at every stage, and qualified mentoring guidance and feedback, to ensure that there is a Rapid Learning: “Fail- Fast”, “Fail-Early” and Learn Start Up Principles for superior cost-effective success rates.

The 9 STEP Process has been tested by over 500 candidates over a 5-year period at the leading entrepreneurship Swinburne University of Technology, Melbourne Australia.
